Generation Kill : An HBO miniseries based off the writings of Rolling Stone reporter Evan Wright who was embedded with the 1st Recon Marines during the invasion of Iraq. A fairly brutal but also humorous series with quite a bit of military jargon. (On a side note, my mother really needs to get me some fuckin november juliet, I’ve been drinking quite a bit of it lately.)
